Hotel Information and Booking Process

All teams participating in the TEXAS SHOOTOUT must stay in one of the official tournament hotels.

Hotel Booking Procedures

1. Make reservations at one of the official tournament hotels. Click here for a list of hotels to choose form.
2. After finalizing a hotel you must register your team’s hotel information on the Team Administration site. This will include the name of the hotel, number of rooms, your confirmation number, a contact at the hotel and phone number.
   Please Note: Teams will not be scheduled for games until we have their hotel information.
